- Does the church need interpretation equipment?
- No. Attendees listen in the browser on their own phone. No receivers, headset systems or interpreter booths are required. The talk is streamed to the Spiiksi website from a browser, so a browser and a microphone are enough — the venue's own sound system works.
- Can a service be captioned for hard-of-hearing attendees?
- Yes. Spiiksi can show the speech as live text on an attendee's phone, so deaf and hard-of-hearing people can follow the service without separate equipment.
- What does interpretation cost a church?
- There is no monthly fee. You pay only for the minutes you use, priced per minute per interpreted language channel, with VAT 25.5% added.
